Account Manager / Senior Account Manager (Manchester)

The Role:

Our Account Managers manage our creative campaigns from start to finish; their strength lies in their ability to develop the strategy behind the campaign and forge strong client relationships that can last a life time, as well as their ability to write inspiring briefs for our Creatives. Our Account Managers understand the commercial aspects of a campaign; these roles really are the gateway from agency to client so being revenue-generative is an important aspect of this role. 

We’re looking for a strong Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join one of our biggest and busiest brand teams.  You’ll need some integrated agency experience and an appreciation of the digital landscape; having experience of eCRM and email marketing is important for this particular position.

Account Manager / Senior Account Manager (Manchester)

What you’ll need to bring:

  • Around 4+ years integrated agency experience, working with a mix of known brands

  • Proven understanding and excellent working knowledge of all aspects of digital communications including online display, microsite builds and digital campaign activity

  • Experience in the principals of CRM and the customer journey

  • Excellent client relationship building skills

  • A strategic mind and commercial awareness

  • Ability to think creatively and inspire the creative process

  • Tenacity and confidence when dealing with clients

  • Ability to report and analyse campaigns and an understanding of digital metrics and measurement

  • Pro-active and highly intuitive
