Marriott has long been a supporter of Pride. They approached BJL with a brief to create a campaign to engage their customers and successfully bring the carnival celebrations to life in their hotels and properties. So we hired a new recruit for Marriott, their first Drag Queen Concierge.

Anna Phylactic turned up for duty at each of the hotels taking part in Pride events UK wide. Successfully catching the imagination of staff, guests and the media, she acted as brand spokesperson – generating positive sentiment across social platforms. The story secured coverage from Attitude and Gay Star News to Vada and A magazine. Racking up 25 articles, reaching over 24 million people.
